Austin Butterfly Academy 

Austin Butterfly Academy is a year-round holistic, nature-based preschool in the heart of Austin, Texas. We believe that children fully thrive when given access to the outdoors and are able to touch and put their feet on the earth. We have an organic garden that the children actively care for and nourish. We believe in mindfulness and experiencing life through our senses. We nurture our students with kindness, respect, freedom within limits, empathy and compassion. We hope to lay the foundation for lifelong learning by cultivating your child’s curiosity, self confidence and intrinsic desire to learn from birth. Our hope is to build a strong, loving community where children can transform from cocoon stage to complete butterfly- where they can spread their wings and fly! 

 

Our guides are passionate educators trained in Early Childhood Education, conscious communication, and Montessori education. We use the Whole-Child approach to learning, that fosters the spiritual, physical, emotional and intellectual development of each individual.
